All Questions Answered

Just in time for the Pennsylvania primary! Let's face it...as nice as it is to know that we live in elitist states, knowing the particular brand of elitism to which we each subscribe seems infinitely more interesting.

Do tell: what sort of elitist are you?

What Kind of Elitist Are You?

You speak eloquently and have seemingly read every book ever published. You are a fountain of endless (sometimes useless) knowledge, and never fail to impress at a party. What people love: You can answer almost any question people ask, and have thus been nicknamed Jeeves. What people hate: You constantly correct their grammar and insult their paperbacks.
Take this quiz!

me too....but I don't like parties, I can rarely answer questions, I do correct grammar but would never insult book choices out loud. Hmmm

Humm-

You know which wines go best with which foods, and you can make New York City's finest sommalier feel like a kid at a keg party. You wanna take that Emeril guy and beat him with a stick, but really - you've got more class than that.
What people love: You know the best restaurants and what their specialties are.
What people hate: Every waiter in town wants to mangle your pretentious ass.

Except waiters usually love me..

Rainey, I'm the same kind of elitist you are.

Coincidence? I think not. We're birds of a feather! :)

Apparently, I too am a book and language snob. It is fitting, because the question about the Danielle Steel fan got to me, and I become enraged at apostrophe abuse.

I'm a music snob..duh!
Your CD collection is almost as big as your ego, and you can most likely play an instrument or three. You're a real hit at parties, but you're SO above karaoke.
What people love: You're instant entertainment. Unless you play the obo.
What people hate: Your tendency to sing louder than the radio and compare everything to a freaking song.

Ha!..I don't compare everything to a freakin' song!
..okay,I do.

Sling and I are in the same boat but I'm upset over the word obo - which is either a Cockney hobo or an reed instrument with no e sharp!

Afraid that comment may have moved me over to Lorraine's camp.

I'm REALLY a snob. This quiz pissed me off because they misspelled "entrée" and "oboe", spelling them "entre" and "obo". Hrumph!

I could be a music snob, but I long ago gave up trying to enlighten friends and family about my elevated musical tastes. Now I just enjoy the fact that I enjoy the music that I enjoy. A couple of people have said to me that you can tell a lot about someone by their music collections, but I think the only thing you can tell is what type of music they like or once liked.
I would love to be a coffee snob because I love coffee, but I find that a lot of the gourmet coffees are too strong for me. Not very manly to say, but true.

Hi, Lorraine!
I was the Art and Interior Design snob. About the only thing that fit really was that people had to clean their house before I visit.
