Boy, boys, Please. I think Bill Gates rocks. I love that he is turning his full-time attention to the Foundation. I just think that him backing off the day-to-day stuff isn't that big a deal. It's not substantively going to change anything. Hell, hasn't Balmer been pretty much running the show for the last few years anyway? PLUS, I think announcing a retirement 2 years ahead of the actual retirement is a bit, well, silly. If it's news, it'll be news when it happens. That's like announcing you're going to have a baby when you haven't had sex yet. It's a little more exciting when it's actually happening.
