Kiss Me, I Really Am Irish
Top of the mornin' to ye and for the love of all things holy, why are you here when you could be at The Hat's bein' properly entertained, is what I'd like to know?
I'm wanted down in the peat bogs, I must protect The Child's room from an invasion of leprechauns and then there's the corned beef to boil so I'll not be a'wastin any more of yer time.

((smooch)) Happy St Paddy's to you and yours. My Irish beef stew is a simmering right now. Enjoy the corned beef.
Happy St paddys to you too love.
I know for a fact we need horseradish for the CB
Wow you look nice in green. Do you pinch non-green wearers? And since you are Irish maybe you can answer my question...Why pinching for people who don't wear green? Who made that up?
Smooches back, KA. Mmmmm, beef stew...
Horseradish. Check.
Thank you, Sageweb. I do pink non-green wearers. Pinched a lot of 'em in my carpool today. Why? Because we Irish are a mean-spirited bunch. But we saved Western civilization from the marauding hordes and invented Guiness, too, because we're nice like that.
You are the cutiest Irish-pie!
Thanks for the Guiness. You'll never know how much some of us appreciate it unless you know that it's a LOT.
And in the spirit of the day, may the luck of the Irish be with you such that you'll be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead!
Enjoy the corned beef! Pass the Jameson's, please... ;)
Completely forgot about St. Patricks. Hope you have a great celebration!
Have a wonderful day lassie!
Syd stole my line.. as soon as baseball is over, I'm taking a snort of the Jamesons just for you.
Happy St. Patty's day!
Did you spy any little green men today? My boys slept in my bed last night, they were fearful of getting pinched.
Love your cartoon hair btw.;)
i'm going to pinch you anyway, because i'm red-green color blind!
woohoo! i love this "holiday"!
Happy Patties to you too....I made the corned beef yesterday....I'm Italian...
Ba Ha Ha Ha (Note no W)
Hhhhmmmm. I wondered why COSTCO had so much of that stuff on sale.
You should ask about the Romans.
Or why was it rushed so much.
Annoying when opportunities are not fully utilizied. Maybe I am too nice. (But I am trying hard to be meaner!)
Peace
:+}
pretty sure you're crazy.
amd that is why you are my favorite aunt.
*SMACK*..
Happy St. Pat's day Rainey!
The Irish also passed along the most beautiful calligraphy,in the form of 'The Book of Hours'.
..and were the first to ask that most profound of questions;
'Shall we be bringin' our own beer?'
this is the first year in i dont know how many i didnt make cornbeef... but now it will be on sale and Ill have it for a month!
Did you know that apparently, because it falls during Holy Week, St Patrick's Day should, strictly speaking, be cancelled this year??
I'm not kidding!
That's very kind of you, Booda, especially considering that I threatened to "pink" Sageweb. (So silly, when what she wants is a good pinching). Anystout, Guiness is good for you.
Sure 'n I'm wishing the same for you me darlin' Syd. Jameson's tis.
Aren't you glad you found your way back to Blogtopia, Grish? What did you ever do without us all those months?
And to you fair cousin. Would you like me to make that a black and tan for ye?
Leah, oh, the leprechauns came, to be sure. Pesky lot they are. The Dog doesn't like 'em a bit.
Oh, that old line, Danny? Pinch me and I'll be about knocking your cap off with this bottle of Guiness. (And then I'll pour ye a pint).
And a happy one to you, Rosie. Hey everyone, kiss Rosie, she's really Italian.
Anonyba, corned beef cannot be rushed. The Romans knew that.
Oh, Molly Malone, that's a fine thing coming from a pixilated creature such as yerself. Takes one to know one, my dear.
Sling, *muuuuah* and yes, thank you for adding to the list of venerable Irish accomplishments. If Sageweb is going to be indiscriminantly pinched, she should understand why.
Mouse, I for one am looking forward to the sandwiches...
DA, strictly speaking, sure, but we American Catholics, in particular and by and large, are not so much for the strict adherence thing. Especially when it comes to birth control and St. Patrick's Day. Do you know that the last couple of years it's fallen on a Friday in Lent and the bishops have issued dispensations so we can have our corned beef? I suspect that, unless it actually fell on Good Friday, the celebration would go on.
(I like the idea of dispensations. I would like to issue dispensations).
