Oh. For the Love of God...
THIS snapped me out of my summer doldrums. Know the part I like best?
The legalese:
"The alleged tortious conduct, namely the disclosure of Mrs. Wilson's status as a covert operative, was incidental to the kind of conduct that defendants were employed to perform".
-U.S. District Judge John D. Bates
The translation:
"It was their job".
Did I get that right, Lex?
Sheesh.

You could fill an entire prison with the criminals working in this Administration.
I would love to see statistics. I know every administration has had it's poster children for corruption but surely these guys are at least in the top 5.
You know what the weird thing is? I continue to be astonished by this stuff. You'd think I'd be used to it by now but every single time I'm just blown away.
Sort of. The full legal opinion is much more complicated than the media is reporting (as usual). Mebbe I'll write something up about it.
