I'm sending thoughts of New York cheesecake in your general direction. Cheesecake seems to work better for me than chicken soup.
Stay in bed, anyway. The last time I was sick I got on my couch in my pajamas under a blanket and watched the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy. It took eight hours, but it was so worth it.
