Big Hair
JP actually suggested that I embrace the hair metal. Much as I heart him, I don't know if that is possible. But I do like big hair.
This wasn't my first choice from this artist. That's because on my list of things I don't like (which includes but is not limited to: dubbing, people who don't just say "I'm sorry" when they've done something wrong, genocide and cold coffee) you can add YouTube videos that are out of sync. Which every version of my first choice was.
But this is a good song. Love the shirt.

He looks like Fievel.
Tragic irony: He used to have big hair and now he has no hair.
What was your first choice for one of his videos?
I like Fievel.
And that is a tragic irony, JP. "Things Can Only Get Better", of course.
I have recently "rediscovered" Howard Jones. I didn't know I liked him so much until I got his greatest hits album.
I still say album. Thats how old I am.
I don't remember ever seeing the video but I have heard the song...
I still say "album", too. And people look askance.
The one I wanted to play is better, Grish. Way poppier. But alas, the syncing rule.
"Things Can Only Get Better" is a great tune. But so are "New Song," "Like to Get to Know You Well," "Life In One Day," "No One Is To Blame," ... oh heck, they're all great.
Suddenly, I want to start a Howard Jones tribute band with lots of people pretending to play the guitar.
And how could I have forgotten my favorite??!!
"Like To Get To Know You Well" totally rocked.
That is all.
A Howard Jones tribute band? Alan and I would come watch you.
