I Am Very Shallow

I got an email from Chris Van Hollen, the new chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Is he hot or what?

Okay, he must certainly be hot because before I even read what you wrote I vocalized a sexy "Ooooh" when I saw his pic.

*the word verification for this comment is HSTFN - which I am choosing to read as "Hot Stuffn"

It's okay to be shallow as long as they're democrats.

Oui oui, tres hottie.

But non, it's perfectly okay to notice hotness, just so long as your noticing doesn't mean that you automatically vote for the hotter of the two candidates. Actually, that's probably okay since Democrats, as a rule, are way hotter than Republicans (despite the fact that Rob Lowe plays a Republican Congressman on the TV).

First of all, let's remember that Rob Lowe first played a hot Democrat on "West Wing".

And second, I guess that means Mr. Hotty McHotterson is not going to have any trouble getting donations from any of us this next cycle. Oh yeah, baby. I'll donate.

Well, just look at him, Charlie! I know it flies in the face of conventional hooha but golly molly...those Kennedy boys weren't too hard on the eyes either. (OK, Ted not so much).

And a happy and prosperous one to you, Grish. (New Year, not a hot politician).

Iwanski, thanks for that visual.
